The role brings with it exciting opportunities to work on some of the largest production iGaming cloud systems, and since the team has ownership of the cloud platforms you will play a vital role in not only building great solutions in AWS, but you will also be involved in the architectural design and planning phases of the deployments too! We believe in constant growth and equal ownership of systems in the IGT Play Digital DevOps team which is why we ensure that all team members work on various project verticals using different technologies and the team constantly rotates throughout the years quarters so ensure knowledge sharing and equal opportunities.\nWhat You’ll Do\nContribute to new AWS deployment solutions and improvements to existing systems\nDeliver multiple environments in QA, Stage and Production using our DevOps tooling\nImplement and further develop various DevOps practices such as Automation, IaC, Configuration Management, CICD, Observability & Security\nWork alongside other talented DevOps engineers and SMEs within the team\nIdentify areas of improvement, plan out solutions, and own the implementation\nPractice a FinOps to cost optimize workloads on AWS\nImplement various industry best practices in our respective fields\nImprove our established Terragrunt & Terraform framework and respective modules\nBuild out new Ansible playbooks and improve existing ones and existing Ansible framework\nWork on a wide variety of AWS services and work alongside AWS enterprise solutions architects\nTake ownership of production environments and associated uptime and stability requirements\nWork in an agile way using Jira, daily standups and establishing communication channels with various teams\nAbout You\nExpert knowledge of AWS\n4+ years working in a DevOps role \nExperienced in Terraform, Ansible\nExpert Knowledge in Linux\nKnowledge of Kubernetes\nIGT is committed to sustaining a workforce that reflects the diversity of the global customers and communities we serve, and to creating a fair and inclusive culture that enables all our employees to feel valued, respected, and engaged.
