In this role, you will lead and contribute to the design, implementation, enhancement, and support of SAP Finance and Accounting solutions that enable critical business processes across the organization. The role requires a strong ability to drive business and technology change, challenge the status quo, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and user experience. Working closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and senior leaders, you will analyze business needs, design and implement solutions, and leverage AI, automation, data, and emerging technologies to deliver measurable business outcomes.\nAnalyze business requirements and translate them into SAP Finance and Accounting solutions that support strategic business objectives.\nLead and influence process and technology change across Finance and Accounting, challenging the status quo and identifying opportunities for simplification, standardization, automation, and improved user experience.\nConfigure, test, document, and support SAP Finance and Accounting functionality in accordance with business and IT standards.\nParticipate in and, where appropriate, lead SAP implementation, enhancement, upgrade, transformation, and continuous improvement initiatives.\nCollaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, developers, integration teams, and third-party vendors to drive solutions from concept through adoption.\nIdentify and evaluate opportunities to apply AI, intelligent automation, and emerging technologies to finance processes and enterprise applications.\nTranslate AI and automation capabilities into practical business solutions that improve productivity, controls, decision-making, and operational efficiency.\nPerform functional testing and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring solutions meet business needs and are successfully adopted.\nProvide production support, troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and drive permanent corrective actions.\nChampion adoption of new capabilities, processes, and technologies by effectively communicating the value of change and partnering with stakeholders through implementation.\nEnsure compliance with governance, security, architecture, and change management processes.\nSupport integration between SAP Finance/Accounting and related enterprise applications.\nProjects and Programs\nLead or contribute significantly to SAP Finance and Accounting transformation initiatives and continuous improvement programs.\nDrive business process analysis and identify opportunities for standardization, automation, and simplification.\nPartner with Finance business leaders to prioritize opportunities based on business value, feasibility, risk, and strategic impact.\nSupport and influence upgrades, testing cycles, production deployments, and adoption of new capabilities.\nEvaluate emerging technologies, including AI and intelligent automation, and identify use cases that can deliver measurable value to Finance.\nWork with cross-functional teams to implement business requirements and drive sustainable adoption of new processes and solutions.\nContribute to knowledge sharing, best practices, and capability development within the ERP team.\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field, or equivalent experience.\n8+ years of hands-on experience with SAP Finance and Accounting in an enterprise environment.\nStrong expertise with SAP S/4HANA or SAP ECC Finance and Accounting modules (GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Controlling, Treasury, Consolidation).\nPractical experience gathering business requirements and translating them into scalable functional solutions.\nDemonstrated ability to drive change across business and technology organizations, influence stakeholders, and lead initiatives from concept through implementation and adoption.\nDemonstrated ability to identify and implement opportunities for process transformation, automation, and operational improvement.\nExperience leveraging AI, intelligent automation, analytics, or emerging technologies to improve business processes and deliver measurable business outcomes.\nKnowledge of SAP configuration, testing, integration, and change management.\nFamiliarity with Vertex, BlackLine, Concur, Kyriba, Agentic AP, or similar finance applications is a plus.\nStrong business partnering, communication, influencing, and change management skills.\nStrong analytical thinking, initiative, problem-solving, and ability to work effectively in a complex enterprise environment.\nSAP certification is an advantage.\nKeys to Success\nBuilding collaborative relationships\nDecision making\nDrive results\nFoster innovation\nPersonal energy\nSelf-leadership\nIGT is committed to sustaining a workforce that reflects the diversity of the global customers and communities we serve and to fostering an inclusive environment where all employees feel valued, respected, and engaged. The estimated starting compensation range for this role is $100,000 - $120,000 annually USD, based on a good-faith assessment at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary.
