Responsibilities
We’re seeking a Field Service Technician to support customers across Saint Louis, MO. This is an ideal opportunity forsomeone who enjoys hands-on work, problem-solving, and working independently in the field. In this role,you’ll serve as the front line of service-diagnosing issues, performing maintenance, and ensuring equipmentoperates at peak performance while delivering a high-quality customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site technical support for Fintech, gaming, and loyalty equipment, ensuring systems are operatingefficiently
- Troubleshoot mechanical, hardware, software, and networking issues to identify root causes and resolveproblems
- Perform preventative maintenance, installations, and site surveys for new and existing equipment
- Serve as the primary customer contact during service visits, delivering a high level of service andprofessionalism
- Maintain accurate inventory of parts and complete service reporting in a timely manner
- Travel throughout Saint Louis, MO, including overnight stays when needed
- Participate in an on-call rotation every 4-6 weeks for after-hours and weekend support
Qualifications
- 2+ years of hands-on technical experience in a customer-facing role
- Background in ATM, slot machine, cable, telecommunications, or similar field service work preferred
- Basic understanding of IT, networking, hardware, and software systems
- High school diploma or GED required; technical or vocational training is a plus
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in the field
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel frequently (50-75%)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in physically active environment.
