Make every service visit count.\nIGT is seeking a Field Service Technician to support customers with equipment installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting. In this customer-facing role, you’ll diagnose issues across mechanical, hardware, software, and networked systems, explain your findings clearly, and help keep equipment operating reliably.\nResponsibilities\nTroubleshoot equipment issues, resolve problems, and identify root causes.\n\nServe as a point of contact for customers on technical and service matters.\n\nDiagnose mechanical, hardware, software, and system failures using established procedures.\n\nHelp plan daily work for site installations, maintenance, and customer support.\n\nPerform preventive maintenance and site surveys for new orders.\n\nTrack parts used at customer locations and maintain accurate inventory records.\n\nComplete service reports and required paperwork on time.\n\nSupport fellow technicians and internal teams when needed.\n\nQualifications\nHigh school diploma or GED; vocational, technical, or business school training is preferred.\n\n2-5 years of technician experience in a customer-facing role; industry experience is preferred.\n\nExperience troubleshooting hardware, software, product platforms, and networking solutions.\n\nProficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.\n\nThe ability to follow company procedures, communicate clearly with customers, and document your work accurately.\n\nPhysical Requirements: Must be able to climb a ladder, lift and carry equipment weighing up to fifty (50)pounds.
