This is an ideal opportunity forsomeone who enjoys hands-on work, problem-solving, and working independently in the field. In this role,you’ll serve as the front line of service-diagnosing issues, performing maintenance, and ensuring equipmentoperates at peak performance while delivering a high-quality customer experience.\nResponsibilities:\nProvide on-site technical support for Fintech, gaming, and loyalty equipment, ensuring systems are operatingefficiently\nTroubleshoot mechanical, hardware, software, and networking issues to identify root causes and resolveproblems\nPerform preventative maintenance, installations, and site surveys for new and existing equipment\nServe as the primary customer contact during service visits, delivering a high level of service andprofessionalism\nMaintain accurate inventory of parts and complete service reporting in a timely manner\nTravel throughout Saint Louis, MO, including overnight stays when needed\nParticipate in an on-call rotation every 4-6 weeks for after-hours and weekend support\nQualifications\n2+ years of hands-on technical experience in a customer-facing role\nBackground in ATM, slot machine, cable, telecommunications, or similar field service work preferred\nBasic understanding of IT, networking, hardware, and software systems\nHigh school diploma or GED required; technical or vocational training is a plus\nStrong communication skills and ability to work independently in the field\nValid driver’s license and ability to travel frequently (50-75%)\nAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and work in physically active environment.\nKeys to Success\nBuilding collaborative relationships\nDecision making\nDrive results\nFoster innovation\nPersonal energy\nSelf-leadership\nIGT is committed to sustaining a workforce that reflects the diversity of the global customers and communities we serve and to fostering an inclusive environment where all employees feel valued, respected, and engaged.
