Grow your career while helping shape what's next.\nBuild what's next at IGT.\nFinancial Analyst III\nResponsible for supporting monthly close, forecasting, budgeting, and management reporting processes for the International Finance organization. Prepares financial analyses, reports, and presentations, and provides support to Finance leadership and business partners on financial matters. Works closely with Corporate FP&A, Accounting, P&C, and other functions to ensure accurate and timely financial information.\nKey Responsibilities\nSupport the monthly close and forecast processes, including data gathering, analysis, reporting, and follow-up on outstanding items.\nPrepare materials and supporting analyses for monthly actuals and forecast review meetings.\nSupport Corporate Accounting with close-related matters, including restructuring, hierarchy changes, audit fees, and other financial reporting requirements.\nTrack and follow up on action items resulting from monthly forecast and actuals reviews.\nSupport the annual budgeting process, including forecast inputs, variance analysis, commentary, and cost analysis.\nPrepare financial reports, analyses, and presentations for management and Corporate Finance.\nProvide balance sheet and cash flow analysis to support actuals and forecast reviews.\nPrepare supporting schedules and financial analyses for forecasts and business reviews.\nSupport the Sr. Director and Finance leadership with financial inquiries, reporting requirements, and ad hoc analyses.\nIdentify potential cost improvement opportunities and support related initiatives.\nDevelop and maintain reporting on sales, revenue, costs, capital expenditures, and free cash flow.\nSupport KPI reporting for weekly and monthly management reviews.\nMonitor risks and opportunities and support Finance leadership in tracking progress against financial targets.\nSupport the review and preparation of restructuring entries to ensure accurate recording and compliance with company policies.\nMaintain accurate SAP approval matrices and other financial master data as required.\nTrack key financial metrics and support the monitoring of synergy initiatives.\nPartner with HR and other functions on matters with a financial impact.\nSupport operational and Finance-related projects as required.\nManage multiple priorities and deliverables in a fast-paced, international environment.\nPrepare ad hoc reports and analyses requested by Finance leadership.\nPerform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.\nAdvanced degree or professional qualification preferred.\n3-5 years of progressively responsible experience in financial analysis, FP&A, accounting, or financial reporting.\nExperience with financial planning and reporting systems such as SAP, BPC, Hyperion, or similar tools.\nExperience working in an international or multinational environment preferred.\nStrong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.\nAbility to work collaboratively across functions and manage multiple priorities.\nAdvanced English Proficiency\nWhy join IGT?\nAt IGT, our greatest competitive advantage is our people.
