If you enjoy building games, solving technical challenges, and contributing ideas, we’d love to hear from you.\nWhat You'll Be Doing\nDevelop interactive, web-based casino games from concept through to release\nCollaborate closely with cross-functional teams to implement gameplay features and polish player experience\nContribute ideas to improve both new and existing games\nMaintain and enhance live games, ensuring performance, stability, and quality\nWrite clean, maintainable, and well-structured code following team standards\nParticipate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of development practices \nWhat We're Looking For\n2+ years’ experience in game development (commercial or equivalent projects)\nStrong TypeScript skills with a solid understanding of object-oriented programming\nExperience with HTML5 game development frameworks (e.g. PixiJS) and animation systems (e.g. Spine)\nAbility to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code\nStrong debugging and problem-solving skills\nExperience with package managers such as npm or Yarn\nFamiliarity with version control (Git), including branching and code review workflows\nGood understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, browser behaviour)\nExperience using modern developer tools, including AI-assisted coding tools (e.g. GitHub Copilot)\nStrong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team Fluent in English (written and spoken) \nWhat We'd Prefer\nExperience in iGaming or real-money casino games\nFamiliarity with build and CI/CD tools (e.g. Jenkins)\nExperience working with Jira or similar project management tools\nUnderstanding of game math, RNG systems, or regulatory environments\nRelevant degree or equivalent practical experienc \nWhy join IGT?\nAt IGT, our greatest competitive advantage is our people.
