Responsibilities

We are looking for a proactive and well-organized junior to mid-level Project Manager to support the successful delivery of game-related initiatives in Poland. This role focuses on coordinating projects within the Games area, ensuring effective planning, execution, and follow-up across the full project lifecycle. It is well suited for someone who thrives in structured environments and has solid experience with Waterfall project management, with a strong emphasis on operational efficiency and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Game Development, Computer Science) or equivalent practical experience
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools
• Passion for gaming and a good understanding of industry trends

Keys Responsibilities

• In this role, you will coordinate and manage projects related to the Games domain, working across multiple teams and stakeholders to ensure timely and high-quality delivery. You will help drive alignment, improve processes, and maintain clear visibility on project progress and milestones.
• You will collaborate closely with departments such as Product, Development, QA, Release Management, and Operations, facilitating coordination and ensuring that deliverables meet agreed timelines and quality standards.
• A key responsibility will be identifying operational bottlenecks, streamlining workflows, and ensuring that all phases of the project lifecycle-from initiation and planning to execution, delivery, and closure-are clearly tracked, documented, and communicated.
• The role may also involve occasional collaboration with customers or client-facing teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and delivered as expected.
