This role acts as a hands-on internal problem-solver, partnering with senior leaders, pillar teams, and functional stakeholders to ensure initiatives are well-defined, rigorously tracked, and progressing toward measurable outcomes.\nAs a Manager within the Rapid Response Team, you will be rapidly deployed across the organization to address complex business challenges, drive strategic initiatives, and accelerate change across functions. This position is also responsible for driving day-to-day transformation mechanics-initiative tracking, value sizing, issue resolution, and executive-ready insights.\nThis role is ideal for a high-performing professional who thrives in ambiguity, brings strong analytical discipline, and is comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-visibility environments.\nResponsibilities\nSupport core transformation processes, including initiative definition, value sizing, timing, and confidence assessment across business pillars.\nMaintain and operate transformation tracking tools (e.g., Shibumi), including data quality, logic checks, and ongoing updates.\nTrack initiative progress against plan; identify risks, slippage, and gaps to target and escalate issues proactively\nEnsure savings and value initiatives are translated cleanly and credibly into financial outcomes, in close partnership with Finance and People & Culture.\nSupport preparation of executive- and sponsor-level materials, including SteerCo content, value narratives, and decision-ready insights\nPartner with Super Pillar teams (e.g., Sales, G&A, Technology, Product & Studios, Manufacturing, Field services/supply chain) to pressure-test assumptions, clarify dependencies, and support execution.\nQualifications\nRequired\n4-7 years of experience in consulting, transformation, strategy, or operations roles in complex, matrixed organizations\nStrong analytical skills, including business case support and translating operational actions into financial impact\nDemonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholders simultaneously\nStrong written and verbal communication skills with comfort engaging senior leaders\nAbility to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-changing environments\nPreferred\nExperience in PE-backed environments, merger integration, or enterprise transformations\nFamiliarity with transformation tracking tools (e.g., Shibumi, PMO platforms)\nBackground supporting Finance, Operations, or Technology initiatives\nKeys to Success\nHigh ownership mindset with strong attention to detail\nBias toward execution, follow-through, and measurable outcomes\nComfort influencing without formal authority\nResilience and adaptability in high-visibility situations\nStrong personal organization and self-management skills\nIGT is committed to sustaining a workforce that reflects the diversity of the global customers and communities we serve and to fostering an inclusive environment where all employees feel valued, respected, and engaged. These factors may result in variation in starting pay. The estimated starting compensation range for this role is $76,179 to $150,000USD, based on a good-faith assessment at the time of posting.
