If you’re ready to bring your talent to a team shaping the future of entertainment, your next big move starts here - www.igt.com.\nResponsibilities\nRegularly assembles, tests, diagnoses, and repairs complex mechanical and electrical assemblies used in equipment\nto the component level.\nInspects and evaluates all parts / equipment returned from the field; determines status for warranty, scrap, repair, or\nvendor refurbishment and prepares materials accordingly.\nTests and documents vendor refurbished parts / equipment for mechanical and electrical malfunctions, as needed\nprior to field release.\nRecommends inventory levels and controls, as requested.\nLoads software for spare parts and product requests.\nMaintains a clean work environment.\nReports sales return and return merchandise authorization.\nFollows specific detailed procedures and safety policies.\nCustomarily and regularly performs closing duties with cross-functional teams.\nMay assist in training less experienced team members.\nPerforms other related duties as assigned.\nQualifications\nEducation / Certification:\nHigh School diploma.\nJob Knowledge / Minimum Work Experience:\n2-5+ years’ experience in repair workshop environment; industry experience is of significant interest.\nHave a good understanding of electro-mechanical systems and computing environment.\nProficient technical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues.\nProficient communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.\nDemonstrated ability to utilize hand and power tools and soldering equipment.\nSome knowledge of Company products and associated manufacturing processes.\nComputer / Technical Skills:\nDemonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.\nProficient understanding of technical and software component issues.\n• Some technical training\n\nIGT is committed to sustaining a workforce that reflects the diversity of the global customers and communities we serve and to fostering an inclusive environment where all employees feel valued, respected, and engaged.
