This role serves as a trusted finance partner to budget owners and business leaders, providing financial analysis, forecasting, reporting, and planning support to inform decision-making.\nThe Senior Financial Analyst analyzes operating expenses, headcount, and cost center performance, identifies key cost drivers and trends, and delivers actionable insights that improve financial visibility, resource allocation, and operating leverage. The role partners closely with Finance leadership and business stakeholders to support monthly forecasting, annual budgeting, long-range planning, and management reporting.\nSuccess in this role is measured by forecast accuracy, insightful analysis, strong business partnership, and effective execution of planning and reporting processes. This is an individual contributor role reporting to the VP, Finance - SG&A.\nKey Responsibilities\nForecasting, Budgeting & Planning\nLead monthly SG&A forecasting activities for assigned functions.\nSupport annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range planning processes.\nPartner with budget owners to develop forecasts, evaluate risks and opportunities, and challenge key assumptions.\nImprove forecast accuracy through ongoing analysis of spending trends and business drivers.\nFinancial Analysis & Reporting\nPrepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial results, including budget-to-actual, forecast-to-actual, and year-over-year variance analysis with clear and actionable commentary.\nAnalyze operating expenses, headcount, and cost center performance to identify key drivers, trends, risks, and opportunities.\nDevelop management reporting and executive-level dashboards that improve visibility into SG&A performance and spending trends.\nTranslate complex financial and operational data into actionable insights and recommendations.\nBusiness Partnership & Cost Management\nServe as the primary finance partner for assigned Corporate Functions.\nIdentify key cost drivers to facilitate regular budget and forecast reviews with business leaders.\nCommunicate key financial risks, opportunities, and trends to stakeholders.\nCross-Functional Collaboration\nPartner with Accounting, HR, Payroll, Procurement, and business leaders to support accurate financial reporting, forecasting, and planning assumptions. \nSupport month-end close activities, accrual reviews, and ad hoc financial analysis.\nProcess Improvement & Data Management\nMaintain forecasting models, reporting tools, and planning templates.\nAutomate recurring reporting and analytical processes where appropriate.\nEnsure data integrity by identifying, investigating, and resolving reporting discrepancies.\nIdentify opportunities to improve reporting efficiency and data quality.\nQualifications\nRequired\nBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.\n4-7 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, accounting, or a related analytical role.\nStrong financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and financial modeling experience.\nAdvanced Excel skills and experience working with large and complex data sets.\nStrong analytical, attention to detail, problem-solving, and business partnering capabilities.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate analysis into actionable insights.\nCollaborative, curious, and proactive, with a bias toward ownership and follow-through.\nPresence in-office at least 4+ days per week.\nPreferred\nExperience supporting SG&A or Corporate Functions.\nExperience with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, and financial planning systems.\nFamiliarity with ERP platforms such as Dynamics 365, Oracle, SAP, or Workday.\nExperience leveraging AI-enabled productivity tools such as Microsoft Copilot or Claude.\nMBA, CPA, CFA, or other relevant professional certifications.\nKey Competencies\nFinancial planning, forecasting, and modeling\nSG&A expense management and cost driver analysis\nVariance and bridge analysis\nData analysis and visualization\nAttention to detail and data accuracy\nProcess discipline and continuous improvement mindset\nAbility to prioritize and execute effectively in a dynamic business environment.\nIGT is committed to sustaining a workforce that reflects the diversity of the global customers and communities we serve and to fostering an inclusive environment where all employees feel valued, respected, and engaged.
