Our team adapts game mathematics, features, and themes to meet the needs and preferences of diverse markets, while preserving the core elements that made the original games successful.\nFor our Lynx studio we’re searching for talented Technical Artist based in Belgrade who are passionate about creating and improving art production pipelines.\nWhat You'll Do\nAs a Technical Artist you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between art and technology, ensuring the seamless integration of visual elements into our games.\nCollaborating closely with art and programming teams to bridge the gap between artistic vision and technical implementation.\nCreating and maintaining technical PSD files for implementation.\nLeading and developing technical tool project for a game.\nSupporting artists and engineers in the art pipeline.\nProfiling and optimizing game assets for memory and performance gains while maintaining our high standards for user experience. \nWhat We`re Looking For\nExpert proficiency in Adobe Creative package with a strong focus on Photoshop and After Effects.\nProficiency in Spine or any 3D software, preferably Blender and Maya.\nExperience working with game engines, especially Unity.\nPrevious experience in the gaming industry is a plus.
