You will serve as a reference point for project manager queries and information, and advocate for best practices in project management. adherence and deliver projects on time.\n\nManage project finances and deliver projects within budget.\n\nDeliver high-quality project deliverables that meet or exceed customer expectations.\n\nProvide support and assistance to project managers and teams in the effective use of project management practices and methodologies to ensure successful project delivery.\n\nMonitor project schedules, track progress, and communicate risks and opportunities to stakeholders, while looking for ways to increase project profitability and reduce expenses.\n\nJob Responsibilities\nGeneral:\nAct as the main point of contact for Project Managers, stakeholders, and team members to resolve any project-related issues.\n\nChampion the use of project management methodologies and best practices across the organization.\n\nPrepare high-level presentations and reports to update senior management on project progress, risks, and opportunities.\n\nDelegate tasks and responsibilities to team members and ensure they are accountable for their deliverables.\n\nEnsure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.\n\nIdentify and mitigate project risks and issues.\n\nOrganize and facilitate stakeholder meetings and follow up on action items.\n\nProvide administrative support to the project team as needed.\n\nAssist project coordinators to ensure successful project delivery.\n\nProject Tracking and Monitoring\nTrack and monitor project schedules and progress against project plan.\n\nConduct regular meetings with project team members to ensure successful completion of project activities/tasks.\n\nWork with Project Managers to identify and resolve project roadblocks and resource constraints.\n\nMonitor project budgets and expenses to ensure projects are delivered within budget.\n\nEnsure project documentation is maintained and up to date.\n\nFinancial\nEnsure project financials are accurately tracked and reported.\n\nIdentify opportunities to increase project profitability and reduce expenses where possible.\n\nHandle financial queries and provide regular updates to the project team and stakeholders.\n\nFollow up on project invoices and payments. \nJob Requirements\nEducational Qualification\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field. \nLicenses & Certifications\nPMP certification is a plus \nPrevious Work Experience\nMinimum of 5 years of experience in project coordination or management.\n\nExperience in managing projects in a fast-paced, high-tech environment.\n\nExperience in tracking and monitoring project schedules and budgets.\n\nStrong project management skills and understanding of project management methodologies.\n\nExperienced user of MS Project and MS Office toolset (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)\n\nAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.\n\nFluent Arabic and English.\n\nProficiency in project management tools and software.\n\nProficient in verbal and business writing skills\n\nFamiliar with product development life cycle frameworks\n\nStrong financial management skills and ability to analyze financial data\n\nSkills and
