年以上安全团队（蓝军/红队/渗透测试）管理或技术负责人经验\n2.有主导大型攻防对抗项目的实战经验，熟悉攻击视角的完整漏洞挖掘链路（攻击面梳理→漏洞挖掘→利用链构造→报告输出→修复推动）\n3.在漏洞挖掘、逆向工程、协议分析、反外挂对抗等至少两个方向有扎实的技术深度和实战成果\n4.熟悉游戏行业的黑产生态与外挂对抗，有黑产情报测绘或重大安全事件应急溯源经验者优先\n5.具备优秀的跨团队沟通与推动能力，能在复杂的业务环境下推动安全事项落地\n6.具备良好的团队管理能力，能吸引、培养和留住优秀的安全人才\n加分项
