Beyond standard 3PL, we act as a software integrator and e-commerce enabler, seamlessly connecting logistics data with ERP systems and e-commerce platforms to provide greater visibility and smarter operations.\nKey Responsibilities\nDevelop, enhance and maintain in-house Android applications using Java and/or Kotlin.\nDevelop and maintain backend applications, APIs and business logic using C# and .NET Framework.\nWork directly with users to understand operational needs and translate them into practical software solutions.\nIndependently manage smaller software projects and enhancements from requirements gathering through design, development, testing and production deployment.\nWork with Microsoft SQL Server and relational databases to support application functionality, data access and backend integration.\nInvestigate and resolve production issues across mobile, backend and database components.\nCollaborate with the Digital Products Manager, Software Lead and other developers on larger initiatives.\nRequirements\nDegree in Computer Science, Information Technology or an equivalent discipline.\nExperience or a strong foundation in software development, with exposure to native Android development using Java and/or Kotlin.\nFamiliarity with C# and .NET development, with the ability to work on backend APIs, business logic and application integrations.\nWorking understanding of REST APIs, application integration, relational databases and SQL; experience with Microsoft SQL Server is preferred.\nAbility to communicate with non-technical users, understand operational problems and translate them into workable software solutions.\nStrong problem-solving skills, independence, curiosity and an interest in understanding business processes.\nAround 2-4 years of relevant software development experience is preferred.
