This role is crucial in enhancing interactive investor’s online presence and driving conversions.\nReporting into the Organic Search Manager, the SEO Lead will be responsible for implementing ongoing SEO activities and reporting on SEO performance. The primary objective is to improve interactive investors’ organic search visibility and drive prospect-to-client conversions through strategic SEO initiatives, contributing significantly to the company’s digital growth and success.\nRequirements\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES:\nOwn on-page SEO and content optimisation as a core priority, leading best-practice implementation across search intent, title tags, meta descriptions, header structure, internal linking, and site architecture.\nPartner closely with the content team as a primary stakeholder: deliver detailed SEO content briefs, review and optimise copy pre-publication, and act as the on-page SEO subject matter expert embedded in the content workflow.\nIdentify valuable search opportunities related to the finance and investment products, co-ordinating with content and other departments to execute against them.\nConduct content gap analysis and topical mapping to inform the content calendar, working with content teams to prioritise high-opportunity topics.\nAudit existing content for on-page performance and optimisation opportunities, recommending refreshes, consolidation, or expansion where appropriate.\nMonitor SEO performance and rankings on a daily basis and alert the Organic Search Manager of any significant changes impacting traffic or conversions.\nCreate and deliver monthly SEO reports, covering keyword movements, traffic, conversions, content performance, key achievements, and other valuable metrics.\nKnowledge of content structure and on-page signals that influence AI-driven search and answer engines.\nMentor junior SEO team members, particularly on content optimisation and on-page best practice.\nCollaborate with stakeholders on wider website initiatives.\nSupport the Organic Search Manager in delivering the overall SEO strategy to improve organic performance and drive organic traffic and conversions.\nMonitor and analyse competitor content and SEO performance, identifying topical gaps and emerging opportunities to maintain a competitive edge.\nRegularly analyse SEO and content performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, and SEOMonitor, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.\nKeep up to date with the latest industry trends, content best practice, and search engine/AI algorithm updates, providing recommendations to adapt strategy and tactics accordingly.\nBuild, deploy, and run Enterprise Agents and AI that colleagues use every day - self-service tooling, end-user automation, and integrations into core processes \nSKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:\nProven experience taking AI/ML solutions from concept into production, across model types and business contexts\n3+ years proven experience as an SEO Executive or similar role.\nProficiency in SEO tools and software (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, ScreamingFrog).\nStrong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and metrics.\nExcellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with content writers and cross-functional teams.\nDetailed knowledge of on-page and off-page SEO best practices and understanding of how these influence AI platforms\nFamiliarity of content management systems (CMS) preferred.\nAbility to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.\nFamiliarity with the financial industry or investment products is a plus.\nIn-house experience is a plus but not necessary.\nBenefits\nGroup Personal Pension Plan -
