You will lead and develop on-ground teams, hold them accountable for results, and act as the strategic bridge between ground-level execution and institutional growth.\nWhat You'll Do:\nPortfolio Performance & Outcome Accountability:\nOwn end-to-end performance across assigned colleges, covering academics, examinations, student success, placements support, and student operations.\nSet and govern benchmarks for pass rates, retention, engagement, placement readiness, and student satisfaction.\nUse portfolio-level data to identify trends, risks, and systemic gaps, and drive corrective interventions through teams.\nEnsure consistency in program standards, student experience, and brand representation across colleges.\nReport portfolio health to senior leadership with structured insights, accuracy, and clear recommendations.\nLeadership, Talent Strategy & Accountability:\nLead, coach, and develop on-ground college teams with clear accountability for outcomes.\nDefine performance expectations, role ownership, and growth pathways.\nConduct regular performance reviews, feedback conversations, and capability-building discussions.\nIdentify skill gaps and drive targeted training, coaching, or role realignment.\nHire and onboard team members as the portfolio scales, ensuring readiness and cultural alignment.\nCreate, refine, and enforce SOPs and operating rhythms to drive consistency, accountability, and scalability across student operations.\nInstitutional Partnerships & Portfolio Growth:\nOwn senior-level relationships with Principals, HODs, Deans, and administrative leadership.\nLead structured review conversations on academic outcomes, examination performance, student success, and partnership health.\nRepresent IIDE in high-stakes discussions, ensuring trust, accountability, and long-term alignment.\nIdentify opportunities for portfolio expansion, new batches, and program growth.\nCollaborate with admissions, marketing, academic, and placements teams to support growth across assigned colleges.\nAcademic Quality, Examinations & Student Success:\nGovern academic quality across colleges, including trainer effectiveness, content delivery, and batch performance.\nOwn examination readiness and outcome governance, ensuring timely planning and coordination, compliance with academic and institutional requirements, and smooth execution with effective issue resolution.\nReview academic, examination, and student success data to surface quality risks and preparedness gaps.\nEnsure timely interventions for at-risk students, batches, or colleges.\nChampion a strong student success culture through engagement, industry exposure, and community initiatives.\nPlacements Enablement & Outcome Support:\nPartner with central placements and career services teams to support placement readiness across colleges.\nEnsure academic alignment, engagement initiatives, and operational coordination to enable strong placement outcomes.\nTrack and review placement-related metrics at a portfolio level, including readiness, participation, and outcomes.\nWork with college leadership to resolve structural or operational barriers impacting placement outcomes.\nAct as the college-facing escalation and governance owner for placement-related challenges.\nAdditional Duties:\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to support portfolio performance, student success, and institutional growth.\nPerform any other reasonable duties as requested by management, aligned with the broad scope of the position.\nWho You Are:\nMust-Have:\nMinimum of 8+ years of experience in student-facing roles.\nProven leadership experience within ed-tech or student-centric environments.\nTrack record of inspiring and guiding teams of 5-10 individuals towards collective success and growth.\nVibrant and optimistic mindset, with strong analytical skills for creative problem-solving.\nDemonstrated ability to navigate and resolve challenging situations while ensuring a positive experience for students at every step.\nShould Have:\nExperience or skills related to process improvements and strategies.\nExperience with ticketing
