We are a growing team of 60+ people, working primarily remote, being headquartered in Australia, consisting of teams working across APAC and Europe.\nAbout the role\nAre you excited to engineer real-world, autonomous AI Agents?\nWe are revolutionizing our operations by transitioning from traditional rules-based automation to intelligent, Agentic Workflows powered by industry leading Large Language Models.\nAs an engineering intern, you will work directly with our engineering and business teams to architect, develop, and deploy autonomous AI Agents that will solve unstructured and complex enterprise problems. This role is a hands-on, high impact role where you will be gaining experience on how to safely scale AI in a live production environment.\nRole Responsibilities:\nHands-On Development: Assist in building multi-step AI Agents using Python, LLM APIs, and LLM Agent SDKs.\nAPI Integration: Write and test API Connectors that will allow agents to interact securely with other databases.\nPrompt and Context Engineering: Draft system prompts, create SKILL.MD instruction files, and experiment with context-window optimization to ensure agents reason correctly.\nEvaluation and Testing: You will deploy AI Agents in “Shadow Mode”, analyze the reasoning logs, and debug instances of hallucinations or logic failures.\nCollaboration: Participate in logic-mapping sessions with Subject Matter Experts to translate human operational logic into agentic workflows.\nRole Requirements:\n Education: Final year / recently graduated students with a B.Tech./B.E. (or equivalent) degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning or related fields will be given strong preference.\nTechnical Proficiency: Strong foundational skills programming using Python. Able to write scripts, parse JSON, and work with REST APIs.\n AI Curiosity: You have a genuine curiosity in the Large Language Model (LLM). You understand the basics of LLMs, prompting and excited about the usage of AI Tools.\nProblem Solver: You enjoy breaking down complex problems into logical, executable steps.\nEager to Learn: You are comfortable with rapidly learning new frameworks.\nPreferred (Nice-to-Have):\nBuilt a personal project using Anthropic API or Open AI or frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI.\nExperience with implementing a LLM observability platform (Langfuse, LangSmith, etc).\nFamiliarity with basic SQL and version control (Git).\nExperience with Model Context Protocol (MCP).\nWhat you’ll Gain:\nReal World AI Experience: Learn about real world enterprise AI Agents deployment, complete with guardrails, tracing and Human-In-The-Loop architecture.\nImpactful Portfolio: Build complex autonomous AI systems that save real work hours, and fundamentally improves how iion operates.\n Mentorship: This role reports directly into the Head of BI and gives you the opportunity to accelerate your learning working with senior Engineering & Business leaders, while collaborating closely with a core AI Task Force team.\n*This is a fully remote opportunity, starting as a 6 month paid internship (INR 30-40K/ month) and leading to a full-time employment.
