Qualified women are encouraged to apply.\nProject Manager\nPhilippine Program\nGeneral Description\nThe Project Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing the implementation of project activities across assigned project sites in Southern Luzon. The role ensures that field operations are delivered efficiently, on schedule, within approved budgets, and aligned with organizational goals, donor requirements, and implementation standards.\nThe position provides direct supervision and technical guidance to Field Coordinators and serves as the primary operational lead for community-level implementation. The role coordinates closely with LGUs, schools, farmer organizations, cooperatives, suppliers, and community stakeholders to support activities related to regenerative agriculture, climate-resilient livelihoods, local food systems, school feeding initiatives, and community-based enterprise development.\nThe Project Manager is also responsible for field monitoring, reporting, logistics management, stakeholder engagement, safeguarding compliance, and achievement of project deliverables within assigned implementation areas. The post reports to the Manager, Food Security and Nutrition Program, and will be based in a rural municipality in Southern Luzon.\nKey responsibilities\nProject Implementation and Operations Management\nLead and oversee implementation of approved project work plans, field activities, and operational schedules \nEnsure timely delivery of project outputs, targets, and milestones \nSupervise field operations related to: regenerative and climate-smart agriculture \nschool and community gardens \nlivelihood and enterprise development \ncommunity-based food production systems \nstakeholder consultations and trainings \n\ndistribution of agricultural inputs, tools, and supplies \n\nMonitor implementation progress and resolve operational challenges \nEnsure efficient utilization of project resources, logistics, and materials \nConduct regular field visits to monitor implementation quality and beneficiary participation \n2. Leadership and Team ManagementSupervise, coach, and mentor Field Coordinators and field staff \nAssign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure accountability for deliverables \nConduct regular coordination meetings and field briefings \nProvide technical and operational guidance to field teams \nSupport staff development through mentoring and on-site coaching \n3. Stakeholder Engagement and Partnership ManagementBuild and maintain strong relationships with LGUs, schools, cooperatives, farmer groups, suppliers, and community leaders \nCoordinate with municipal and barangay officials to support project implementation and sustainability \nFacilitate stakeholder meetings, consultations, orientations, and trainings \nRepresent the organization in field-level coordination and partnership activities \n4. Planning and Operational CoordinationDevelop field implementation plans, schedules, and deployment strategies \nCoordinate with project, technical, procurement, finance, and field teams to ensure smooth implementation \nEnsure field activities comply with approved strategies and operational guidelines \n 5. Monitoring, Evaluation, Learning, and ReportingOversee field data collection, monitoring, and documentation systems \nMonitor project progress against targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) \nEnsure completeness and accuracy of beneficiary records, reports, distribution documentation, and monitoring databases \nConsolidate and submit timely field reports and implementation updates \nAnalyze implementation data and recommend operational improvements \n6. Compliance, Safeguarding, and AccountabilityEnsure compliance with organizational policies, donor requirements, and operational procedures \nSupport transparent and accountable implementation of field operations \nEnsure proper documentation and filing for audit and compliance purposes \nMonitor adherence to safeguarding, child protection, health and safety, and ethical standards \nRequirementsBachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Business Management, Agribusiness, Rural Development, Community Development, or related fields;
