We are active in our communities, driving and supporting social initiatives that benefit children, women and the environment.\n Manage invoicing, billing, and payment collection for tenants and other debtors in accordance with SOPs.\nMonitor outstanding receivables, follow up with debtors and escalate per approved procedures.\nTo support the Finance team in responding to tenants day-to-day financial matters including AR reconciliation and billing enquiries.\nGenerate billing for marketing, casual leasing, and ad-hoc charges, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.\nRecord daily collections, reconcile receipts, and ensure accurate posting into accounting systems and cash flow reports.\nAssist in month-end receivables closing activities to support timely and accurate financial reporting.\nPrepare AR ageing, collection status, and performance reports for management and credit control discussions.\nMaintain complete and accurate financial records in compliance with audit and internal control requirements.\nSupport in resolving billing discrepancies, payment issues, and system variances through timely investigation and coordination.\n Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field\nBasic understanding of accounting principles and financial transactions.\nBasic understanding of accounts receivable, accounts payable, and financial documentation\nUnderstanding of the importance of data accuracy, confidentiality, and record management\nGood command of spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia\nIT literate and proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
