To learn more, visit IKEA.ph\n  You perform day-to-day IT operations and support activities in the store ensuring that IT\nsystems perform with high availability, performance and security\n You investigate, trouble-shoot, follow up and communicate with store users on their IT\nsupport incidents and service requests with resolution, closure, work-around and\nescalation\n You perform Store IT support according to IT policies, standards and SOPs\n You support IT audit, compliance and security reviews & assessments\n You support implementation of local Store IT project activities within planned scope,\nschedule and budgets\n You support Store super users in testing, training, implementation and upgrade of Store\nIT systems incl. associated technical documentation\n You support and coordinate with SO IT in system security patches and anti-virus updates\non Store IT systems on need basis\n You maintain inventory records of hardware, software license and support contracts\n You support IT hardware, software, license and subscription compliance through\nphysical checks and tools (Service Desk and SCCM).\n You coordinate on-site work with authorized vendors during rebuild, relocations or\nrepairs.\n You support SO IT and Store BN in IT budget preparation and contract renewal of Store\nIT hardware, software licenses, application support, subscription & other IT services\nprocurement with due diligence\n You support system & data backup, recovery procedures to ensure effective and\ntimely recovery of business data & IT services in the event of an emergency or\ndisaster situation\n2\n You provide IT support to Shopping Centre (e.g. Damansara/ IPC; Tebrau/ Toppen),\nwherever applicable\n You provide standby weekend & after office support if required or rostered.\n You possess a diploma in an IT-related professional discipline, such as Computer Science or Information Technology.\nYou have a minimum of 3 years of experience in an IT support role.\nYou have practical knowledge and experience in supporting super users, system support, and system testing.\nYou have practical experience in IT support, including Service Desk operations, system monitoring, backup and restore, patching, and malware protection.\nYou have IT support experience in a retail environment, including Microsoft Navision, LS Retail, POS, CRM, and SQL databases.\n We offer many benefits at IKEA other than just having the opportunity to work for a global company!
