As part of Data & Engineering, we are establishing a new Data Enablement team with a mission to make it easy for coworkers, digital products and AI solutions to find, trust and consume data across IKEA. The team will build a unified experience layer connecting platforms such as Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, Collibra, SAP, M3, and other enterprise systems. Together, we are creating the capabilities that make trusted data easier to discover, understand and use across the organisation. This is not a traditional Data Engineering role. You will join a newly formed team that is building strategic capabilities for how data is discovered, trusted and consumed across IKEA. Rather than focusing on a single domain or business process, you will help create reusable data foundations that support analytics, digital products and future AI initiatives across the enterprise.
