Together, we build strong relationships and help each other reach our full potential.\nAs a Logistics Deviation Specialist, you will join a team of specialists and report to the Logistics Deviation Manager. We know our strength is naming our products, not our jobs, but this role offers plenty of opportunities to grow, make an impact, and help shape the future of our Supply Chain.\nWhat will you do?\nManage logistics extra-cost claims, ensuring accurate cost verification, documentation, and use of cost codes.\n\nLead fact-based discussions, analyze data, and prepare reports that support decision-making.\n\nAuthorize payments to Transport Service Providers and ensure each case is properly documented.\n\nPartner with internal stakeholders to monitor and follow up on extra-cost levels across carriers, units, and distribution centers.\n\nIdentify improvement opportunities, track cost trends, and develop action plans together with Internal stakeholders.\n\nDrive a cost-conscious mindset by sharing insights and recommendations with key stakeholders.\n\nBuild strong relationships with Transport Service Providers and contribute to developing smarter ways of working for the future.\n\n What are we looking for?\nAt least 2 years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, or a related field.\n\nStrong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.\n\nExcellent communication skills and confidence working with stakeholders across different countries and cultures.\n\nFluent spoken and written English.\n\nA collaborative mindset and a passion for building trust-based relationships.\n\nCuriosity, initiative, and a drive to continuously learn and improve.\n\nValues that align with IKEA's vision and culture.\n\n At IKEA, you'll be part of a diverse, international team where your ideas matter and your work contribute to creating a better everyday life for the many people.
