The Market team's mission is to improve and develop Home Furnishing Suppliers' component purchasing performance while securing an efficient and professional partnership with IKEA suppliers and stakeholders.\n As a Market Operator Intern, you will support daily market operations and collaborate with Home Furnishing Suppliers (HFS), IKEA Purchasing, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth business operations. You will contribute to operational excellence through effective communication, coordination, and service-oriented support.\nKey Responsibilities\nSupport Home Furnishing Suppliers (HFS) buyers in daily operational activities.\nAssist with order handling and ensure accurate and timely system updates.\nCooperate with internal stakeholders, including Supply Planners, Packaging Planners, Transport, and Warehouse teams, to maintain business continuity and secure daily operations.\nCollect and share relevant market information to support operational performance and decision-making.\nPrepare customs clearance documentation based on established templates and supplier requests.\nFollow up on operational issues and proactively coordinate solutions with relevant stakeholders.\nEnsure timely communication and escalation when necessary.\nContribute to a service-minded and customer-focused way of working.\n We believe you are:\nWell-organized, structured, and
