We call this the Core digital retail offer and it covers key capabilities for retail operations.\nWe are seeking a passionate Project Leader to join our team and drive implementation of digital solutions that support IKEA Retailers to operate the IKEA concept. Reporting to the Service Implementation Manager, you will be responsible for leading multiple projects, ensuring timely, on-brief, and on-budget delivery while maintaining a smart and lean approach from ideation to execution.\nWhat you will be doing as a Project Leader:\nLead (global) retailer market implementation projects - from a franchisor perspective - in relation to the core digital retail offer;\n\nBe the primary point of contact for the respective projects, build effective relationships and steer effective communication with all stakeholders;\n\nDeliver projects in the agreed scope, time and budget framework, whilst monitoring project risks;\n\nAnchor high quality of project deliverables through effective managerial and communication skills;\n\nIdentify and manage dependencies in the project, between projects and with internal / external organizations;\n\nMonitor project progress through active planning, milestone follow up and reporting.\n\nAt IKEA we will love you from the first day, but we will adore you if you have:\nA drive to lead change and develop the business, embracing challenges and triggered by setbacks, finding better ways and having an entrepreneurial mindset;\n\nA passion for people; building relationships, non-hierarchical, leading and collaborating in a multi-culture environment;\n\nCommitted to high standards in everything worked upon, delivering excellent results and achieve goals together with a will to develop competence and getting new perspectives;\n\nA prove track-record of running successful business and digital projects;\n\nStrong knowledge and understanding of Project Management, incl. methods, tools and governance.
