This is for current or soon to be graduating students in a related field.\nResponsibilities:\nLearning programs such as Autodesk Civil 3D, Revit Structure, and Faro Scene\nAssisting design in drawing production and preparing them for commercial building projects.\nReview project files for compliance with Standards/protocols\nLearn laser scanning for 3D model creation of buildings\nAssisting engineers in research on commercial building projects\nProduce accurate 2D drawings, 3D models\nHelping to technically deliver CAD/BIM projects in the role of technician\nAble to meet tight deadlines and able to work alone or with a team\nQualities and Skills:\nDesire to obtain the Certificate of Development in BIM, Part 1 certification (CD-BIM.com) is a plus.\nHave a working knowledge of 1 of the following disciplines: Architecture, Structure, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing or Civil.\nInterested in learning about other areas of the building industry beyond the discipline they know.\nExperience working in the commercial building industry is a plus.\nExcellent communications skills both written and verbal\nExcellent organizational skills\nAble to manage sensitive and sometimes confidential information\nSelf-motivated, hardworking, and able to take responsibility in a proactive approach to daily tasks.\nFlexible attitude\nDesirable:\nKnowledge of Microsoft Office 2013 or higher.
