Job Summary:
The Procurement Coordinator supports daily purchasing activities by processing purchase requests, following up with suppliers, tracking deliveries, and maintaining procurement records. The role works closely with internal departments to ensure materials and services are received on time.
Key Responsibilities:
Process purchase requests and create purchase orders.
Follow up with suppliers on order status and delivery schedules.
Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for receiving materials.
Maintain procurement files, records, and supplier information.
Update procurement reports and order trackers.
Communicate with internal departments regarding order progress.
Assist the Procurement Manager with daily procurement activities.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Commerce, or a related field.
0-2 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, administration, or a similar role.
Skills:
Good communication and follow-up skills.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a team environment.
Eagerness to learn and develop in procurement.
