In this role, you will have the chance to gain hands-on experience and learn about various aspects of HR operations. You will be assisting the HR team with day-to-day tasks and projects, including recruitment, employee record maintenance, and HR administration.\nThis internship will provide you with valuable insights into the HR field and the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment alongside experienced professionals.\n*Currently enrolled as a student in a recognized educational institution in Greece, obligated and eligible to participate in an internship program as required by Greek law.\nResponsibilities\nUpdate our internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms\nAssist in the recruitment process, including screen resumes and application forms\nSchedule and confirm interviews with candidates\nPost, update and remove job ads from job boards, careers pages and social networks\nReview and distribute company policies in digital formats or hard copies\nCommunicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience\nParticipate in organizing company events and careers days\nRequirements\nCurrently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.\nStrong interest in HR and motivation to learn and grow in the field.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.\nAbility to work well in a team and collaborate effectively.\nDetail-oriented with strong organizational skills.\nProficiency in MS Office applications.\nAbility to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive
