configuring, and maintaining computer systems\nProvide technical support to staff (hardware, software, and network issues)\nHelp monitor and maintain network systems, backups, and security tools\nDocument IT procedures, incidents, and solutions\nParticipate with the IT team in routine maintenance tasks and system upgrades\nRequirements\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field\nGood knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows & Linux), and networking fundamentals\nSkilled in network protocols and operations (e.g. routing, firewalls, VLANs)\nPrevious experience (academic or practical) in Linux system administration and network configuration\nGood problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills\nEager to learn and able to handle confidential information responsibly\nNice to Have\nFamiliarity with network management tools and systems, such as Unifi, Omada, or Sophos\nExposure to cloud environments,
