Functional Analyst to work closely with business stakeholders, developers, QA and project management teams to define functional requirements, analyze business processes and ensure that systems meet business objectives.\nResponsibilities\nElicit, analyze and document functional requirements in collaboration with clients and business stakeholders\nTranslate business needs into clear user stories, use cases, business rules and acceptance criteria\nModel and analyze business processes using BPMN, identifying gaps and improvement opportunities\nAct as the bridge between business and technical teams, ensuring a shared understanding of requirements throughout the delivery lifecycle\nWork closely with development teams during implementation to clarify requirements and resolve functional issues\nSupport QA teams in defining test scenarios and ensuring requirements traceability, and participate in UAT\nUse data analysis to support requirements definition, validate solutions and inform decision-making\nGuide and coordinate the work of other analysts within the project team\nRequirements\nMinimum 5 years of experience as a Functional Analyst in the Banking sector and/or on Business Process Management (BPM) systems\nProven experience in analyzing and documenting functional requirements, including business processes, user stories and use cases\nHands-on experience with business process modeling techniques and tools, such as BPMN\nExperience with data analysis techniques and tools\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information to both business and technical audiences\nTeam leading skills and the ability to coordinate work across stakeholders\nStrong interpersonal and collaboration skills\nUniversity degree or equivalent\nExcellent command of the English language\nNice to Have\nExperience with lending automation systems (e.g. loan origination, credit workflows)\nExperience with BPM platforms such as Camunda, Pega, Appian or similar\nExperience working in Agile/Scrum environments\nFamiliarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence or similar\nKnowledge of SQL for data analysis\nBenefits\nAn
