Within just a couple of years, our team grew more than 80%, we moved into a new spacious and modern office, and we kicked off 2026 with several new and exciting projects in digital transformation, custom software and robotics.\nWe are now looking for a Mechanical Engineer, who will be responsible for the software hub of the Production Division.\nThis role demands collaboration with cross-functional teams, including electronic engineers and software developers, to ensure the successful integration and functionality of the robot’s software. He/she will also be a member of the commissioning team during the delivery process of our robots.\nResponsibilities:\nServe as the central point of contact for all software-related activities within the Production Division\n Oversee integration of software systems and robotic platforms\nWork closely with electronic and mechanical engineers to ensure proper hardware-software integration.\nCollaborate with software developers to align overall design with system functionality\nFacilitate communication between production, engineering, and development teams\nSupport testing of robotic systems to ensure proper functionality and performance\nParticipate in debugging and performance optimization\nEnsure smooth deployment of robotic systems into manufacturing environments\nContribute to continuous improvement of production processes\nMaintain clear technical documentation for system integration and workflows\nDevelop and standardize procedures for software coordination\nEnsure systems meet internal quality standards and regulatory requirements\nSupport risk assessments and reliability testing\nExecute test plans, procedures and protocols for Commissioning activities\nPerform calibration and fine-tuning of components to achieve optimal functionality\nProvide on-site and remote technical support to customers\nRequirements\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Robotics, or related field\nAt least 1 year of experience in technical role, preferably in engineering or automation industry\nAt lease 1 year of hands-on experience with the installation, commissioning and maintenance of various systems\nStrong problem solving and analytical skills\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills\nGood knowledge of software tools such as Linux, Python, ROS, Solidworks\nAbility to work independently and in a team environment\nWillingness to travel to customer sites as needed (Greece, Europe, South America)\nValid driver’s
