People like you!\nJob Description\nAs a member of the IKO ERP team, the ERP Security Analyst is responsible for the design, implementation, and ongoing management of security, access controls, and compliance across enterprise ERP platforms, including JD Edwards, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, ,Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and other ERP Applications\nThis role ensures segregation of duties (SoD), least-privilege access, regulatory compliance, and secure system operations while supporting business agility.\nThe ERP Security Analyst is responsible for the design, implementation, and ongoing management of security, access controls, and compliance across enterprise ERP platforms, including JD Edwards, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, ,Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, and other ERP Applications\nThis role ensures segregation of duties (SoD), least-privilege access, regulatory compliance, and secure system operations while supporting business agility.\nCompensation: $85,000 - $105,000\nBenefits\nHealth Insurance (includes Virtual Health, and HCSA)\nDental Insurance\nVision Insurance\nLife Insurance\nLong-term Disability\nShort-term Disability\nRRSP Match\nPaid Vacation\nFloating Days\nEmployee Assistance Program\nEmployee Engagement Events\nAwards and Recognition\nTuition reimbursement\nService Awards\nEmployee Perks & Discounts\nWHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU?\nCompetitive salary\nCompetitive health and benefit plan\nCompetitive matched retirement savings program\nThe opportunity to join a continuously growing organization with a focus on Diversity and Inclusion\nThe opportunity to work with an industry leader in manufacturing\nWHEN YOU JOIN US YOU WILL BE:\nDesign, implement, and maintain role-based security models\nCreate and manage security roles, duties, privileges, and user access aligned with business processes (P2P, O2C, R2R, SCM, Manufacturing).\nDefine and enforce SoD controls across ERP platforms.\nPerform SoD risk analysis, remediation, and mitigation in collaboration with business and audit teams.\nSupport licensing and security implications of ERP user types.\nSupport security design during business process transformations.\nMonitor access logs, security events, and suspicious activities.\nIdentify vulnerabilities related to authentication, authorization, and data exposure\nSupport audits, risk assessments, and compliance initiatives\nAssess the security impact of ERP changes, enhancements, and integrations\nReview and approve ERP user access, role design, and privileged access\nConduct periodic user access reviews (UARs)\nDocument security standards, findings, and remediation plans for ERP systems\nCollaborate with IT Security, ERP functional, and technical teams to enforce least-privilege access\nMonitor and remediate access control violations and policy exceptions\nIdentify and resolve system issues to optimize performance.\nOUR IDEAL CANDIDATE:\n5+ years of experience in ERP security, IAM, or application security.\nExposure to multi-ERP landscapes is a strong asset.\nExperience working in large enterprise or global environments.\nExperience with SoD tools and access governance\nKnowledge of Azure security for Dynamics 365 environments\nKnowledge of JDE architecture\nTranslating audit and compliance requirements into ERP Application security designs\nExperience supporting internal audits or external audits\nDeep understanding ofRole-based access control (RBAC)\nSegregation of Duties (SoD)\nERP business processes (Finance, SCM, Manufacturing)\n\nBenefits of Employment: IKO recognizes that its success is due to the strength of its employees.
