Join iLabs\n\nJob Responsibilities\nDesign, develop, train, and deploy AI/ML models using Python or Scala.\nBuild AI solutions leveraging machine learning, deep learning, Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and Generative AI.\nDesign and implement Agentic AI applications to automate business workflows across DevOps, customer support, and enterprise operations.\nCollaborate with engineering and product teams to integrate AI capabilities into software products and enterprise systems.\nPrepare, preprocess, and analyze large datasets for feature engineering, model training, validation, and evaluation.\nDevelop APIs and backend services to support AI models and intelligent agents.\nImplement MLOps practices including model deployment, monitoring, versioning, and continuous improvement.\nOptimize AI solutions for scalability, accuracy, performance, and production readiness.\nTranslate business requirements into practical AI solutions that deliver measurable value.\nStay current with emerging AI/ML technologies, Agentic AI frameworks, LLMs, and industry best practices.\n\nShift: SL day time (9am -
