Join iLabs.\nJob Responsibilities\nDevelop and maintain web applications using React.js, Next.js, TypeScript and JavaScript.\n\nWork with senior engineers to design and implement user-facing features for web and mobile platforms.\n\nSupport the development of scalable, reliable, and maintainable front-end solutions.\n\nWrite clean, reusable, and well-tested code following best practices.\n\nFix bugs, improve performance, and enhance existing features.\n\nParticipate in code reviews, sprint planning, and daily stand-ups.\n\nLearn and follow company standards for security, performance, and quality.\n\nAssist in debugging production issues and supporting live systems.\n\nLeverage AI-powered engineering tools, coding assistants, and AI agents to improve development productivity, code quality, testing, documentation, and problem-solving workflows.\n\nLocation: Battaramulla (Hybrid)\nUS Time (5:00 PM - 2:00 AM SL Time) and the US Calendar\n\nWhat We’re Looking For\nBasic to good knowledge of React.js and Next.js\n\nUnderstanding of JavaScript / TypeScript\n\nFamiliarity with HTML, CSS, REST APIs\n\nBasic knowledge of Git and version control\n\nWillingness to learn and work with modern web technologies\n\nGood English communication skills and a team-player mindset\n\nBonus if you have:\nKnowledge or experience in Java would be a strong added advantage.\n\nBasic exposure to GraphQL\n\nExperience with Node.js\n\nFamiliarity with Docker or Kubernetes\n\nExperience working on E-commerce or subscription-based systems\n\nJob Requirements\n1+ years of experience in frontend or full-stack development\n\n(or fresh graduates with strong project experience)\n\nDegree or diploma in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field\n\nBasic understanding of software development lifecycle\n\nPassion for learning, coding, and building digital products\n\nAbility to work on US Time (5:00 PM -
