SPA architecture + GraphQL experience is a plus.\n\nWorked with CSS-in-JS frameworks or styling systems (e.g. Tailwind CSS, Styled Components, MUI, Emotion).\n\nDrive the design and implementation of solutions and product features, as well as support the live operation at scale of user-facing critical Web and Mobile flows.\n\nFamiliarity with unit testing, integration testing, and E2E testing frameworks (playwright)\n\nParticipate in the prioritization process to bring hidden technical needs to the roadmap.\n\nTranslate business requirements into technical ones with very strong communication skills.\n\nAwareness of web accessibility standards (WCAG), SEO and AI performance optimization techniques.\n\nLead the team to build scalable, easy-to-maintain software to support millions of users and transactions.\n\nLeverage AI-powered engineering tools, coding assistants, and AI agents to improve development productivity, code quality, testing, documentation, and problem-solving workflows.\n\nLocation: Battaramulla (Hybrid)\nUS Time (5:00 PM - 2:00 AM SL Time) and the US Calendar\nWhat We’re Looking For\nSound knowledge in Next.js, React.js, Node.js\n\nPractical experience in TypeScript / JavaScript\n\nAWS S3, EC2, K8s containers, CloudFront\n\nExperience with cloud platforms like Netlify, Vercel or AWS is a plus.\n\nKnowledge of modern build tools and bundlers (Webpack, Vite, Turbopack).\n\nExperience working in subscription and/or E-commerce companies\n\nPassion for mentoring and coaching the members of your team.\n\nBonus if you have:\nKnowledge or experience in Java would be a strong added advantage.\n\nGraphQL development experience\n\nKubernetes / Docker\n\nJob Requirements\nMinimum 3 -
