Coordinate with Player Development team to cultivate guest trail and return visits.\nPrimary Duties and Responsibilities:\nPromotes superior guest service.\nMaintains and perpetuates a positive organizational culture according to the principles of the Spirit of Tâlícn and the Core Values of ilani.\nConsistently demonstrates collaborative, relationship building, welcoming and mutually respectful behaviors.\nHire, train, coach, schedule, and support restaurant team.\nEnsure that all company policies are adhered to and maintained.\nEnsure cleanliness in all areas of restaurant and perimeter.\nDevelop a sequence of service.\nAssist in the development of menus, POS updates, POS maintenance, printing, and facility needs.\nDocument and administer all discounts, voids, comps, and transactions.\nCommunicate with other front of the house (FOH) and back of the house (BOH) managers daily or as needed to review operations.\nEnsure that all accounting, financial, and reporting functions are current and accurate.\nEnsure safe and sanitary food practices, including compliance with all Health Department. Regulations as it relates to BOH and FOH operations.\nAdminister beverage inventory and order beverage items as needed.\nMaintain organized and managed FOH inventory.\nWrite and route daily shift reports.\nReview and maintain accurate FOH Kronos timekeeping punches for all FOH staff.\nAssist team members in arrangements for special dinner requests in the dining room.\nOther related duties as assigned.\nMinimum Qualifications:\nHigh School Diploma / GED; Recognized Equivalent of a High School Diploma (RED) or Foreign High School Diploma (FHD).\n5 years management experience in a high quality, high-volume, high-quality restaurant environment.\nMust possess excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to foster a supportive and enabling team environment.\nMust possess a valid Food handler’s permit and complete MAST Certification requirement.\nStrong organizational, communication and people skills.\nProven ability to identify qualified personnel and provide leadership to develop and direct staff maximizing performance.\nComputer skills required, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Point of Sale (POS) systems.\nAble to work a business driven, flexible schedule.\nMust be able to lift 40 lbs.\nMust be willing to work in a smoking environment.\nMust be willing to adhere to company health and safety measures.\nundefined\nPreferred Qualifications:\nAA or BS/BA in Hospitality Management \nWork Shift:\nAny (United States of America)Wages:\nThis role offers a starting wage of $17.13 per hour.
