Additional responsibilities include developing communication plans for disseminating promotional and event information.\nPrimary Duties and Responsibilities:\nPromotes superior guest service.\n\nMaintains, and perpetuates a positive organizational culture according to the principles of the Spirit of Tâlícn and the Core Values of ilani.\n\nPerform as a supervisor during all promotional giveaways or special events, as needed. Duties entail training the team members working the giveaways, moving giveaway products to the giveaway location, staging the giveaway with giveaway product, evaluating guest play, and addressing guest complaints.\n\nWorks with the Promotions Specialist to create promotional rules and guidelines for approval by regulatory bodies.\n\nWorks with the Promotions Specialist on creating the promotions calendar that is disseminates to the ilani team.\n\nSupports promotions in accordance with approved rules and regulations.\n\nWorks with the Promotions Specialist on disseminating data following a promotion or event.\n\nProofreads all work before forwarding to the Promotions Specialist or Promotions & Special Events Manager.\n\nMaintains confidentiality of sensitive information.\n\nPerforms other duties as assigned.\n\nMinimum Qualifications:\nAssociate degree in data-related field plus 1-2 years of experience in casino promotions or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.\n\nMust possess excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to foster a supportive and enabling team environment.\n\nSelf-directed and capable of handling multiple mission-critical projects simultaneously.\n\nStrong ability to effectively communicate and can work well as part of a team.\n\nOutstanding organizational skills, as well as strong written and verbal skills.\n\nMust be able to stand for extended periods of time.\n\nMust be able to lift 40 lbs.\n\nMust be able to work nights, holidays, and weekends.\n\nMust be willing to work in a smoking environment.\n\nMust be willing to adhere to company health and safety measures.\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\nCasino experience.\n\nUnderstanding of SDS or Slot Interface Systems.\n\nPresenting data in Excel (charting, pivot tables) and data manipulation in Access and/or Tableau.\n\nWeekends & Holidays Required, If Scheduled\nWork Shift:\nDay (United States of America)Wages:\nThis role offers a starting wage of $22.33 per hour.
