Ambition, dedication, attention to detail, and a warm smile are all winning characteristics that lead to the spirit of who we are.\nPosition Summary:\nAssist team members with obtaining properly fitting uniforms assigned for the job and keep accurate physical inventory of garments and supplies.\nPrimary Duties and Responsibilities:\nPromotes superior guest service.\n\nMaintains, and perpetuates a positive organizational culture according to the principles of the Spirit of Tâlícn and the Core Values of ilani.\n\nProcesses team member transactions for uniform assignment.\n\nCompletes all counter transaction records to include counting and sorting all garments received, preparing the garments for shipment, inventory, or storage.\n\nAnswers all questions presented by team members and department heads on the services provided by the wardrobe department.\n\nSchedules and processes fittings for team members and accurately records the information for sizing in the software program.\n\nIssues uniforms to new employees and replaces worn or torn uniforms.\n\nMaintains accurate documents on all uniforms distributed, goods received and inventories.\n\nMaintains inventory and conducts sales to team members from employee store located within the wardrobe department.\n\nMaintains confidentiality of sensitive information.\n\nPerforms other duties as assigned.\n\nMinimum Qualifications:\nPrevious service experience is required.\n\nHigh School Diploma / GED; Recognized Equivalent of a High School Diploma (RED) or Foreign High School Diploma (FHD).\n\nMust possess excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to foster a supportive and enabling team environment.\n\nBasic computer skills.\n\nThis position requires the ability to lift up to forty pounds.\n\nMust be able to work various shifts and flexible hours.\n\nMust be willing to work in a smoking environment.\n\nMust be willing to adhere to company health and safety measures.\n\nWork Shift:\nDay (United States of America)Wages:\nThis role offers a starting wage of $17.65 per hour.
