organizational needs.\n\n- Configure and maintain core payroll and compensation frameworks to guarantee accurate, compliant, and timely processing for a diverse employee base.\n\n- Lead end-to-end testing cycles, including UAT and regression testing, to validate system integrity before production deployment.\n\n- Partner with cross-functional HR teams to troubleshoot operational bottlenecks and provide sustainable, scalable solutions that enhance user productivity.\n\n- Manage the lifecycle of system enhancements and patches, ensuring minimal disruption to business-critical HR operations.\n\nRequired Skillset:\n\n- Demonstrate deep functional expertise in PeopleSoft HCM, specifically within Payroll, Global Payroll, and Compensation and Benefits modules.\n\n- Exhibit a proven ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders through clear, concise communication and effective documentation.\n\n- Possess a strong analytical mindset to diagnose complex system issues and implement strategic, long-term resolutions.\n\n- Maintain a professional degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field, complemented by a track record of managing large-scale enterprise implementations.\n\n- Thrive in a collaborative, hybrid work environment in Bangalore, demonstrating the flexibility to engage with global teams across different time zones.\n\n- Bring 7 to 15 years of hands-on experience in managing PeopleSoft environments, showing a consistent history of delivering high-impact HR technology
