The role extends beyond a single Squad and requires the ability to influence outcomes across organisational boundaries.\nYour Mission\nWhat you'll do\nCreate the conditions for effective delivery, ensuring Agile events, stakeholder interactions and team collaboration help Squads make informed decisions, maintain momentum and deliver valuable outcomes.\nCoach Squads, Product stakeholders and leadership, helping them apply Agile thinking pragmatically rather than mechanically.\nIdentify, manage and remove impediments, risks and dependencies that impact delivery performance.\nPartner with Market Product Managers to strengthen backlog refinement, sprint readiness and roadmap execution, while ensuring priorities, dependencies and delivery constraints remain visible.\nCollaborate with Tech Writers to ensure documentation activities are planned and aligned with delivery objectives.\nUse delivery insights and Agile metrics to improve predictability, transparency and sustainable ways of working.\nCoordinate with Scrum Masters, Chapters and stakeholders to resolve cross-team dependencies and systemic delivery challenges.\nMentor less experienced Scrum Masters and contribute to the continuous improvement of Agile practices across ILIAS.\nWhat success looks like\nYour Squads deliver valuable outcomes predictably and sustainably, while collaboration across teams continues to improve. Product, Engineering and business stakeholders understand priorities, risks and dependencies early enough to act on them rather than react to them.\nTeams take ownership of their commitments and continuously improve how they work, using Agile practices as tools for delivery rather than goals in themselves.\nStakeholders trust delivery forecasts because expectations are clear, communication is transparent and progress is visible.\nWhat you bring\n5+ years working in Agile software delivery environments, with substantial experience as a Scrum Master or a comparable Agile delivery or coaching role.\nStrong practical understanding of Scrum, Agile and Lean principles.\nExperience coaching teams and stakeholders to improve collaboration, delivery effectiveness and ways of working.\nProven ability to facilitate complex discussions, resolve impediments and navigate competing priorities.\nExperience influencing delivery across multiple teams, programmes or organisational domains, balancing team autonomy with broader business objectives.\nDemonstrated ability to improve organisational delivery effectiveness, not only team-level performance.\nStrong communication, facilitation and stakeholder management skills.\nProfessional working proficiency in English.\nEligibility to obtain and maintain the required national or NATO security clearance for this role.\nILIAS Solutions supports candidates through the clearance process and is happy to explain what is involved before you apply.If you meet most of the above, we encourage you to apply.
