工作职责:

岗位职责

1.负责搭建和探索前沿的AIGC工作流，推动相关技术落地美术生产;

2.与美术和技术团队协作，训练模型，创作不同风格类型;

3.对美术团队进行AIGC工具的指导、培训。

工作要求:

岗位要求

1.对游戏美术各模块有深刻的理解，了解游戏美术全流程，具备敏锐的美术洞察力;

2.熟悉掌握机器学习的基本原理，了解主流、前沿AIGC算法;

3.了解3D美术资产、3D动画AIGC的算法前沿方向;

4.熟练使用工具, 包括ComfyUI，StableDiffusion WebUI等;

5.在训练和创作中对Prompt调教，Model Finetune有一定经验
