decision-making.\n\nResponsibilities: \nDesign, develop, and deploy Power BI dashboards and reports for business stakeholders.\nBuild and optimise data models using DAX and Power Query (M language).\nIntegrate data from multiple sources (SQL Server, Azure, Excel, APIs, etc. ).\nEnsure data accuracy, consistency, and governance across reports.\nWork closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into BI solutions.\nOptimise report performance and manage large datasets.\nImplement row-level security (RLS) and data security best practices.\nMaintain and manage the Power BI service, workspaces, and deployments.\nSupport automation and scheduling using Power BI Gateway / Dataflows.\nCollaborate with data engineering teams for ETL pipeline integration.\nMentor junior BI developers and enforce best practices.\n\nRequirements: \n5-10+ years of experience in business intelligence / data analytics.\nStrong expertise in Power BI (Desktop and Service).\nAdvanced knowledge of the following: o DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) o Power Query (M).\nProficiency in SQL (query tuning, complex joins, stored procedures).\nExperience with data warehousing concepts (Star/Snowflake schemas).\nHands-on experience with Azure (ADF, Synapse, and Data Lake) is preferred.\nUnderstanding of data governance and security principles.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\n\nPreferred Qualifications: \nExperience in Python / R for advanced analytics.\nKnowledge of Fabric / Lakehouse / Modern Data Platform.\nExposure to CI/CD for BI deployments.\nMicrosoft certifications (PL-300 Fabric Analytics Engineer, etc. ).\n\nSoft Skills: \nStrong communication and stakeholder management.\nAbility to translate business problems into technical solutions.\nLeadership and mentoring capabilities.\nAttention to detail and data quality.\n\nKey Deliverables\nExecutive dashboards and KPI tracking reports.\nSelf-service BI enablement for business
