/ Responsibilities\n1. 消化策划需求，引导ui和vx的设计创意，合作并落地合理的交互方案，降低开发前的沟通成本\n2. 研发过程中对功能的流程通畅程度和体验下限负责，适应项目组的生产工具，自行搭建/监修高完成度的功能白模框架，供下游岗位开发及迭代（客户端，UI，VX等），该白模框架需符合项目组的生产工艺\n3. 整个研发过程中持续和UI，VX，客户端技术沟通合作，跟进联调，保证界面平稳落地\n4. 负责UI设计稿的静态还原，界面适配，界面结构的长期维护\n5. 剖析拆解不同游戏/跨行业产品的交互框架，向部门分享其优缺点，保持部门ux敏感度\n任职要求 / Requirements\n1. 熟悉使用unity的ugui框架以及基础的animator逻辑\n2. 熟练掌握至少一个原型软件，如adobe xd/figma（掌握figma是加分项）\n3. 熟悉用户体验设计全貌且精通用户心理学\n4. 有较强的逻辑思维能力和共情能力\n5. 喜欢玩游戏（类型和平台最好多样），善于剖析拆解不同游戏的交互框架，抽象其系统/情感层面的本质设计并在工作中实践\n6. 善于跨部门沟通，熟悉不同下游岗位产物对交互框架的影响和优先级\n7. （加分项）针对同一需求，有多样化的概念交互设计能力\n8. （加分项）思路自由，不受传统拘束，交互方面的思考不落后于时代\n9.
