Working closely with Project Managers and Engineers, you will guide clients from project initiation through deployment, ensuring solutions align with business objectives and drive successful outcomes.\nYou will leverage your product expertise to provide strategic guidance, recommend best-practice solutions, and serve as a trusted advisor throughout the implementation lifecycle. By building strong client relationships and maintaining a focus on quality and results, you will help clients realize value from their investment and achieve long-term success.\nThis role requires strong communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and execution skills, as well as ownership of the functional delivery experience and client outcomes.\nJob Summary / Purpose\nThe Implementation Consultant is responsible for leading the functional delivery of assigned client implementations, partnering with Project Managers and Engineers to ensure successful execution from project kickoff through deployment. This role configures solutions, provides best-practice guidance, delivers client training, and drives client readiness, adoption, and long-term success.\nWho you will work with:\nIn this role, you will partner with a diverse group of internal and external stakeholders, including fellow Professional Services Project Managers and Engineers, Support, Sales, Client Management, ERP vendors, third-party partners, and senior client leaders to ensure clients achieve their implementation goals.\nKey Responsibilities and Duties\nMeet or exceed established goals for utilization, client satisfaction, and project delivery.\nServe as a trusted advisor by providing guidance, troubleshooting assistance, and best-practice recommendations throughout implementation.\nConfigure and optimize platform solutions to align with client business processes and objectives.\nCollaborate with technical resources to implement, test, and validate integrations with client systems.\nLead client enablement efforts through training, change management support, and go-live readiness activities.\nContinuously develop expertise in new and existing products, services, and implementation methodologies.\nWhat You’ll Bring:\nSee required and preferred qualifications below.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.\nAbility to travel up to 25% domestically.\nDemonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.\nStrong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.\nExperience facilitating client meetings, gathering requirements, delivering training, and supporting solution adoption.\nStrong organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills with attention to detail.\nSelf-motivated, goal-oriented, and accountable, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.\n Preferred Qualifications\nExperience in software implementation, professional services, consulting, technical support, or project delivery roles.\nExperience implementing enterprise software solutions, including ERP, SIS, payment, or transaction-based systems.\nExperience working directly with clients to gather business requirements and recommend solutions.\nFamiliarity with system integrations and data validation/testing processes.\nExperience using tools such as Excel, Kantata, SharePoint, Jira, or other project and collaboration platforms.\nExperience in higher education, SaaS, fintech, or technology-related industries.\nAbility to translate client business requirements into solution designs, configurations, and implementation recommendations.\n Essential Functions of the job:\nThe duties and responsibilities described in this job description are intended to represent the essential functions of the position as defined under applicable federal, state, and local labor laws, including the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
