The role combines technical implementation, client training, and ongoing support to ensure successful deployments, optimal system performance, and high customer satisfaction.\nWho you will work with:\n This team is comprised of Project Managers and Implementation Consultants who are committed to providing our clients with high-quality project management and expert services. This position reports to the Implementation Consultant Manager with supervision and assistance from Senior Implementation Consultants.\nAs Implementation Consultant, you will be responsible for participating as a technical team member in the implementation of, but not limited to, the Quickcharge cashless payment and point of sale solution. You will have significant responsibilities associated with initial installation, configuration, training and client support.\nIndependently managing in addition to working with a team to provide services on technical project engagements \nMeeting established goals for utilization, customer satisfaction and project forecast for completion as set by management \nDelivering on-site or remote installation and go-live support for clients\nDeliver expert training and consultative services to provide optimal system functionality\nAssist the Project Management team with the coordination of hardware shipment\nConfiguration of interfaces with 3rd party HR and Payroll systems\nConfiguration of Point-of-Sale devices, menus and related features\nWorking with credit card gateways to configure POS devices for credit card processing\nComply with PCI compliance standards during installation of credit card integrations\nWork with 3rd party vendors to complete project deliverables\nUnderstand hardware components to provide support and escalation to hardware vendors\nWork with supervisors and management to properly escalate issues through Sales and Development teams\nTroubleshooting of both hardware and software related issues\nWhat You’ll Bring:\nRequired Qualifications\nHas a degree or certificate in a technical field or IT concentration \nCan learn and master new and existing Illumia service offerings \nHas a knowledge of MS Office and other MS products\nHas strong interpersonal skills with excellent oral and written communication skills \nIs extremely detail-oriented and driven \nIs client-focused\nPreferred Qualifications\nA background with retail Point-of-Sale or Cashless systems\nExperience working in large healthcare or business clients\nSQL database and SSO authentication experience\nExperience working in a client technical support role\nFamiliarity with PCI Compliance standards\nExperience with inventory tracking and management\n\nEssential Functions of the job:\nThe duties and responsibilities described in this job description are intended to represent the essential functions of the position as defined under applicable federal, state, and local labor laws, including the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
