We maintain an entrepreneurial spirit, where creativity, innovative problem-solving, and learning agility drive our day-to-day actions.\nWhat you will be doing: \nAs a PMO Project Manager you will be working within the Project Management Office providing our customers with best practices in planning and managing projects with emphasis on delivering on customer expectations of quality, budget and schedule. \nCoordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors\nCreate and present project Agendas, Status Reports and other project documentation to customers and Illumia project teams\nTrack and analyze projects’ performance, expenditures, procurement, and report about any possible or current blockers, risks, overflows, and deficits\nMaintain and report projects pipeline and monthly forecasting\nTrack and analyze project performance, schedule, and report to management on the changes to project scope, and project schedule, being able to suggest the improvements to all the above\nReport and escalate to management as needed\nClose project and transition project deliverables to operations\nContribute to the continuous improvement of the PMO by participating in team meetings and providing feedback and suggestions on processes and deliverables\nWho you will work with:\nIllumia internal project teams and customer project managers and project teams\nWhat You’ll Bring:\nBachelor’s degree\nPassion for project management\nProven track record of successfully managing projects in a software environment for a minimum of three years, preferably within Healthcare or Higher Ed\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills\nAbility to work well with large and diverse virtual teams\nAbility to work under pressure\nExperience with task scheduling\nExcellent written and verbal business communication skills\nSolid organizational skills including attention to detail\nExperience using project management tools such as MS Project and Professional Services Tools such as Kantata\nExperienced user of MS Office toolset\nProject Management Certification a plus\n Essential Functions of the job:\nThe duties and responsibilities described in this job description are intended to represent the essential functions of the position as defined under applicable federal, state, and local labor laws, including the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
