We maintain an entrepreneurial spirit, where creativity, innovative problem-solving, and learning agility drive our day-to-day actions.\nKey Responsibilities:\nDesign and implement automated CI/CD pipelines for all development teams in the company\nDocument and maintain each instance of the DevOps delivery pipeline\nDevelop for, and maintain the standards around secure the delivery tools for cloud products hosted in Azure and AWS\nWork on projects for delivery of key automation and service reliability projects addressing challenges around scaling, storage and security\nFollow best practices and train maintenance personnel, promoting best practice and implementation of long-term architectural designs\nProvide training for engineers embedded in various teams on best practices and usage of the DevOps tooling\nAct as a steward of the overall DevOps metrics for the company\nRequired Experience:\n10 years working in cloud software delivery, automation and related field\nExperience with one or more Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery tools, such as Octopus Deploy, Azure DevOps, and GitHub Actions, with the ability to discuss or demonstrate details of at least one project where these tools were used.\nMastery in one or more scripting languages like Bash or PowerShell, and at least one programming language like JavaScript, Python, Go or similar\nKnowledge of Infrastructure as Code tooling like Terraform, Ansible etc.\nAdvanced knowledge of the followingKubernetes and Docker\nNetworking and firewalls\nTelemetry and monitoring\n\nExperience working with development teams using a mixed technology stack including Java, .NET, and JavaScript\nDocumentation sample of internal processes for the Operations team to manage, maintain, and evaluate production systems to meet or exceed customer SLA’s\nDemonstrated proficiency with troubleshooting techniques and detail-oriented problem diagnosis.\nStrong oral and written communication skills with demonstrated presentation skills.\nCandidates must have strong leadership, communication, and technical skills as well as the ability to work well in a team environment.
