As our Facilities Coordinator, you’ll provide essential operational and systems support across Facilities Operations, Site Services, Engineering and related business functions across EMEA.\nThis is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys bringing order to complexity, working with systems and data, and helping colleagues get the accurate information they need. You’ll be part of a collaborative environment where attention to detail matters, continuous improvement is encouraged, and you can grow through meaningful, hands-on experience.\nWhat you’ll do\nAt the heart of this role is making sure our facilities information, systems and processes work effectively day to day.\nYou will:\nMaintain accurate electronic filing systems, records and documentation.\nSupport essential back-office administration and operational processes.\nProvide support across facilities systems including ServiceNow, Team Center, SAP EAM/Fiori and Archibus.\nSupport routine financial administration using tools such as Ariba and Icertis, helping with purchasing processes and budget tracking.\nProvide global support for User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and escalate identified risks or issues.\nReview and help improve SharePoint sites.\nAssist with on-site vendors.\nSupport the planning, reporting and tracking of operational activities, actions and priorities.\nResponsibilities and systems may vary depending on business needs and reporting lines. Full training will be provided.\nWhat you’ll bring\nYou don’t need to know everything on day one. We’re looking for someone with strong systems capability, an eye for detail and the curiosity to keep learning and improving.\nYou’ll ideally bring:\nStrong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.\nConfidence using Microsoft applications, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams and SharePoint.\nStrong IT and systems skills.\nThe ability to identify issues and contribute to problem solving and process improvement.\nExcellent organisation, prioritisation and time-management skills.\nThe ability to manage multiple priorities and critical deadlines, including when resources are limited.\nThe confidence to work independently while also contributing as part of a team.\nA constructive, collaborative approach when working with employees, managers and cross-functional colleagues.\nAdaptability in a fast-moving environment, including changing demands and different time zones.\nExperience using procurement platforms such as Ariba, Icertis or similar tools, databases or other business systems would be an advantage.\nExperience within facilities, operations, engineering support, workplace services, compliance or another regulated environment would also be beneficial.\nThe Illumina experience\nEvery role at Illumina contributes to something bigger. Placement depends on experience, skills, location, and internal equity. This salary range applies to the primary posting location listed above. Should the level or location of the role change during the hiring process, the applicable base pay range will be updated accordingly.
