Changes to individual responsibilities may occur due to business needs.\nRequirements:\nRequires 2-5 years of related experience\n\nAbility to continually learn through on-the-job training, independent training, and research.\n\nIntermediate mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.\n\nIntermediate plumbing experience to include but not limited to assemble, install, and repair drainpipes, fittings and fixtures of drainage systems in light commercial and industrial applications required.\n\nAbility to read and understand equipment schematics.\n\nResponsible for exhibiting professional behavior with both internal and external business associates that reflect positively on the company and is consistent with the company's policies and practices.\n\nAbility to bend, climb, squat, reach, kneel, lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.\n\nKeep accurate work records and follow Good Document Practices.\n\nWilling to work overtime and/or support unplanned activities.\n\nTeam player, hard worker, good interpersonal skills, ability to communicate well in both oral and written reports.\n\nPhysically able to operate electric hand tools, work on a ladder, carry tools, lift, and carry heavy loads, operate required equipment.\n\nAble to work in close places such as closets, crawl spaces, attics, vaults, etc.\n\nAbility to work after hours, over weekends and on public holidays with short or no notice.\n\nThe estimated base hourly range for the Maintenance Technician 2 role based in the United States of America is: $23.02 - $34.56. Should the level or location of the role change during the hiring process, the applicable base pay range may be updated accordingly. The range reflects long-term growth in the role; therefore, most candidates are hired between the minimum and middle of the range. Placement depends on experience, skills, location, and internal equity.
