Surrounded by extraordinary people, inspiring leaders, and world changing projects, you will do more and become more than you ever thought possible.Responsibilities:\nPicking of materials using RF scanners in ambient, refrigerated and frozen storage locations based off of shipping pick lists provided\nPacking of materials according to procedure which includes handling of packing supplies, corrugated boxes, coolers, cold packs and dry ice\nGenerating shipping labels through ERP and carrier software\nPerforming Area Line Clearance to ensure quality of each shipment and completing documentation following Good Documentation Practice\nMaintaining organization of work areas through 6S (sort, straighten, standardize, shine, sustain, safety)\nSupport other warehouse and logistic tasks as assigned which can include:\nReceipt of incoming goods (stock and non-stock), labeling and stocking\nMaterial movement location transfers from Manufacturing, receiving, etc\nAssist in cycle counting and inventory investigations and resolutions\nGenerating reports and completing special projects\nAcquire and maintain a clear understanding of the technologies utilized in Illumina’s products, parts, and services\nEstablish and maintain cooperative relationships with all departments\nListed responsibilities are an essential, but not exhaustive list, of the usual duties associated with the position. Changes to individual responsibilities may occur due to business needs.\nRequirements:\nExperience preferably in a life sciences manufacturing environment with temperature sensitive products\nTypically requires a minimum of 2 - 4 years of related experience. \nFamiliar with GMP's and ISO regulated environment\nHS Diploma or equivalent preferred\nStrong leadership skills, with excellent communication skills and 3-5+ years of materials or logistics experience\nWorking computer literacy using an ERP system, spreadsheet and word processing software, inventory control and work order procedures are required (JDE preferred)\nAbility to multi-task in a fast paced environment\nProficient in use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access)\nAbility to prepare and deliver presentations\nAbility to execute basic analysis and resolve minor problems independently\nExcellent math skills, strong organizational skills and very detail oriented\nExcellent verbal and written communication, analytical and interpersonal skills\nMust be able to lift up to 50lbs to a 36-inch height\nAll listed requirements are deemed as essential functions to this position; however, business conditions may require reasonable accommodations for additional task and responsibilities.\nThe estimated base hourly range for the Material Coordinator 3 role based in the United States of America is: $24.27 - $36.39. Should the level or location of the role change during the hiring process, the applicable base pay range may be updated accordingly. The range reflects long-term growth in the role; therefore, most candidates are hired between the minimum and middle of the range. Placement depends on experience, skills, location, and internal equity.
